Each of his books has a very subtle, almost subliminal theme of support for all things Socialist. Outliers suggested, very subtly, that it's not your fault if you don't get far in life. One glaring oversight was his failure to look at the 5% of hockey players that made it regardless of the cards being stacked against them. This would have been much more productive than leaving the reader to believe they're a "victim". I mean if you're truly out to help, isn't that what one should do? Of course it is! But that's not what Lefty Socialists are about. This book, David and Goliath, is clearly just a call, to his Socialist pals to "stick to it - and success will come!!". What is that success? Why tearing down democracy and replacing it with Socialism, or Communism - natch!! In the 50's, there was an experiment done, where a single frame (picture) of a bottle of coke flashed on the movie screen. Not visible to the naked eye. But at the end of the movie, everyone ran straight to the Coke machine!!! Subliminal advertising was banned ever since. It should be banned in writing and movies too! Or better, would be a warning sign. Read the book; Primtime Propoganda, where the author tricks all the Hollywood heavyweights into admitting they've been putting subliminal messages in their movies and tv shows or decades. Women in our society having a girlfriend on the side is practically the norm nowadays. WHY?? Why the sudden surge in same sex interest? Why the marked increase? All the sex on TV perhaps? Absolutely! I often ask ppl, if certain shows, say like Glee or Degrassi had a warning label that said something like; "This show is intended to subliminally indoctrinate the viewer into a becoming bi-sexual or gay", would they have the same impact? Everyone I ask says "NO!!". Gladwell's books need to come with a warning label!! Gladwell is dangerous!
