This is exactly where I am at - having watched the accelerating adoption of social media around me, yet still dragging my feet - having read ZMOT, at your recommendation. I used to be an early adopter, then I seemed to move to a place where I started saying "I don't need that" - and while I still don't 'totally get it' - I am also now in complete agreement with the Burberry CEO comment re: "you have to create a social enterprise today ...otherwise I don't know what your business model in 5 years??"
