Prices are starting to drop some and I think you'll see a 10% correction there this coming year. The Fly in Fly out or FIFO as they call it, is having a large effect on the markets as people scramble to sell and get on that twice daily trip to Toronto. Combine that with a 7% vacancy rate for rentals due to the over built legal suites in new housing and things look quite different.
